Clear your head with ”coaching on demand”

Do you and others in your company need external help to clear your head now and then? Test out this concept: 1. The company (= the customer) buys a package of X hours of coaching. 2. The customer divide the hours between persons (= clients) within the organization. 3. The client books a 30 minute slot in my calendar for a first discussion about the situation at hand (online). Times are avalaible in 12 hours, if needed even the same day. 4. After that the client can book slots of 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes in my calendar until they have used their share of the coaching (online). �� As a coach (ICF) in my company All Those Perspectives I have worked with hundreds of clients during thousands of sessions, and facilitated more than 50 workshops.
